During the Olympics we were in the month of Av on the Hebrew calendar. The month of Av is the month of Simeon. Simeon means “one who hears” or “listening”. Simone Biles and Simone Manuel have become media sensations after their gold medal performances. Both women are professing Christians.
And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last: I am he that lives, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death. Revelation 1:17-18
