At noon, darkness fell across the whole land until three o’clock. At about three o’clock, Jesus called out with a loud voice, “Eli, Eli, lema sabachthani?” which means “My God, my God, why have you abandoned me?” Matthew 27:45
I’ve had many people emailing about the possibility of something big taking place on Black Friday. I do not dismiss this possibility in the least, however, my objective is to shed light on specific parallels which I believe are significant, not to speculate on events. The symbolism of the last 6 months in world events points us to a far deeper truth of the place where we are in history.
The day we remember our Messiah’s crucifixion was the original Black Friday for darkness fell on the whole land. Interestingly, but not surprisingly, “Black Friday” is a name used to described a day that has become the most unabashed display of idolatry following the day of gratitude. Over the span of my moderately short existence I’ve watched as this day has morphed into a moronic showing of self indulgence as grown men and women are pressing up against locked doors waiting to stampede on one another so as not to miss saving money on an inanimate object that does nothing to satisfy.
In the United State’s 239th year, the number of days between Good Friday and Black Friday is 239 days. This is not a common occurrence as each year these days vary greatly. For example, in 2016 the days between these two days are 246. In 2017 these two days are 225 days apart. 239 is how most of the world would write 9/23 or September 23rd. This website began because of the sign of Revelation 12 which is to take place on 9/23/2017. Black Friday (11/27/15) is 666 days from 9/23/17 and the Revelation 12 sign (Thanks Reagan for pointing this out). If you are new to this information it would be helpful to look at these posts.
Good Friday – April 3, 2015
Black Friday – November 27, 2015
Days between dates (inclusive) 239 days.
There is a lot of darkness these days. All things black. Even college and professional sports teams have all black uniforms which isn’t even their team colors.
I want you to think about this for a moment, I mean really think. I speak about these things from experience as the world and material possessions had gripped my soul for the majority of my life. There is something quite different about this day which makes it stand out from Christmas. It is one specific day where self indulgence is glorified. Black Friday is the outward celebration of an unrestrained appetite for consumerism. It is a praise chorus embraced by those who decry capitalism and a porcelain mask to be worn by those who do not want to see their own face.
It is not a coincidence that it bears this name. The concept of Black Friday epitomizes some of the very things our Savior hung on the cross to save us from. Idolatry is the theme of the prophetic messages seen in our current events. If we have been crucified with Christ we don’t gratify the desires of the sinful nature. Black Friday is an outward display of rebellion that we reject the truth of the cross and we as a society have chosen to embrace the trappings of this world.
Good Friday And Revelation 12 – 9/23/17
When Jesus was on the cross there were signs in the heavens and on earth. The whole world went dark and the earth split open. On 9/23/17, the sign of Revelation 12 will take place for the only time in history. This event displays the birth of the King planet Jupiter from the virgin or Virgo. I do not believe it is by chance that in America’s 239th year we see a 239 day spread between Good Friday and Black Friday. A prophetic tribute to the setting of the sun, or the darkening of America who had been given so much but turned its back on The Most High. The dawning of a new era will soon begin.
Though many would argue the country was founded by Masons, it was also founded by those seeking religious freedom. It has always been both. The same people who want to deny The Most High’s providence over America are the same who dismiss the prophetic return of Israel because Zionists had a hand in it. God has always used depraved individuals to carry out His ends in His cosmic tapestry of time.
Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world—the desires of the flesh and the desires of the eyes and pride in possessions—is not from the Father but is from the world. And the world is passing away along with its desires, but whoever does the will of God abides forever. 1 John 2:15-17
Black Friday is the celebration of love for the things of this world. Good Friday is the celebration of the finished work of the cross. These two Fridays are in direct contradiction to one another, 239 days apart in Babylon’s 239th year. America did not create consumerism or idolatry but it has certainly spearheaded its escalation in the last hundred years. Symbolically, we can see now is the time to choose whom you serve but it cannot be both.
No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon. Matthew 6:24
9/23/17 is the 3rd day after the possible start date of the Feast of Trumpets known as the Feast in which no man knows the day or hour. It is also the Feast of Resurrection. 239 connects us to 9/23 and as I’ve said before 9/23/15 has always been about 9/23/17. 9/23/17 is 3 days after the last day of year 5777 on the Hebrew calendar. 239 = 14 or 7+ 7 as well.
239 days separates us between the celebration of the cross and the celebration of the world in the 239th year of America. Good Friday or Black Friday, you cannot serve two masters. Biblical prophecy is unfolding at an exponential rate, if you do not believe in coincidence you just might see how profound these seemingly innocuous details are. If we embrace the truth of Good Friday we will find ourselves far less enthused by the deception of Black Friday.
I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. Galatians 2:20
